1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and their immediate family members of PLAYDOG Incorporated, and their respective affiliates and parents are not eligible.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE for PLAYDOG of the Year can be up to $2,500 in cash and prizes.

ONE (1) PLAYDOG of the Month Prize can be up to $1000 in cash and prizes.

ONE (1) DOG TAILS winner per month receives a "PLAYDOG PACK".

3.HOW TO PARTICIPATE: You are automatically entered into the sweepstakes when you print out and fill out the form properly and send in a picture of your dog (Please keep focus in mind and that the better the image quality you send in the better the chances of us using it). No picture is guaranteed to be used in our publication or on our website. Pictures become the property of PLAYDOG Incorporated and will not be returned. PLAYDOG Incorporated reserves the right to use any picture submitted without compensation. You may also enter by filling out a 3x5 card with the information requested on the form and your daytime telephone number and send that and the photo to the postal mail address on the site. Sweepstakes is monthly and continuous.

Submissions received by the last day of any month will be considered for use no sooner than thirty (30) days after it being received. PLAYDOG of the Year prize awarded one year from the date of our first official issue. Mail to P.O. BOX 20282, New York, NY 10021-0064, U.S.A.. Limit one entry per family per day. Mail Postmarked by the last day of any month will be considered for publication no sooner than thirty (30) days later.

Not responsible for quality concerns, transmission and/or computer error or mail entries that are late, lost, incomplete, poor quality, misdirected or have insufficient postage.

We invite you to send photos as JPEG, GIF, or TIF attachments.

We encourage you to send hard-copy pictures for entrance in sweepstakes. Digital pictures sent by email will also be considered subject to quality standards.

4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) prizewinner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone call and postal mail.

6. CONDITIONS: PLAYDOG Incorporated is not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the entry or prize. PLAYDOG does NOT GUARANTEE publication of any photo submitted. Winners assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes or the use or misuse of any prizes. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release, which must be completed and returned within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No substitution of prize is allowed, except by PLAYDOG Incorporated, which may substitute a prize for a prize of equal or greater value. By submitting a picture or accepting a prize, participant/winner grants PLAYDOG Incorporated permission for the use of his/her name and/or photograph for advertising and promotion purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
